When you start inFlow for the first time the Description field is hidden by default so if you’d like to use it, you’ll have to turn it on. To do so simply:
- Click the Main Menu and go to the Settings section; choose General Settings from the list
- In the resulting window you’ll want to pick the Products & Inventory tab
- The first option in this window is to Show Product Description. Check it and click Save & Close.
