Note: This feature is only available for Premium Edition licence holders<\/em><\/h4>\n

You can create a user ID for each person who will be logging into inFlow On-Premise, and set their access rights appropriately. Please be aware that while you can add users in the Regular Edition<\/em>, restricting access rights is only available in the Premium Edition<\/em> of inFlow.<\/p>\n

To add a user:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Go to Main Menu > Options > Settings<\/em>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click the Users<\/em>\u00a0Icon.*<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Click the Add<\/em>\u00a0button to create a new user<\/li>\n
  4. Enter their name and choose which options you’d like to restrict by un-checking the various modules.<\/li>\n
  5. Click to Save & Close<\/em>, then again in the General Settings<\/em> window.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    *NOTE: If you do not see a “Users” icon as in the screenshot above,<\/strong> this means you are logged in as a user with no administrative rights and cannot edit users. Go to the Main Menu > General > Change User<\/em> and log in with the correct user name.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    To adjust restrictions on a user:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Go to Main Menu > Options > Settings<\/em>.<\/li>\n
    2. Click the Users<\/em>\u00a0Icon.*<\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. Double-click the user you want to edit.<\/li>\n
    4. Choose which options you’d like to restrict by un-checking the various modules.<\/li>\n
    5. Click to Save & Close<\/em>, then again in the General Settings<\/em>\u00a0window.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
