In inFlow On-Premise it’s easy to receive a partial shipment from your vendor! Each line of your order has its own receiving button. This way, you can receive some\u00a0items\u00a0instead of all at once.<\/p>\n\n

To partially receive:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Open your order and move to the Receive<\/em> tab at the bottom.<\/li>\n
  2. Click into the Item<\/em> field in this tab and list the items you are receiving.

  3. Make any changes to quantities (for instance if you ordered 50 units of the item but\u00a0only received 20).<\/li>\n
  4. Save the order. It will bring you back to the main Purchasing<\/em> tab.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    You’ll see that your lines will have a colored orange icon beside it (Received<\/em>), and some of them will have an orange circle (Ordered)<\/em>. The order will remain open and you can return to it later to receive the rest of your items by clicking on the orange circle icon and selecting Received<\/em>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
