Cancelling an order reverses any inventory movement\/payment that was done, and also prevents the order from being edited any further.<\/p>\n<p>You can find the <em>Cancel Order<\/em> button at the top of the toolbar in the order. This works for sales quotes, sales orders, work orders, and purchase orders:<\/p>\n\n<p><div class=\"article-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-18391 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/onpremise.inflowinventory.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2014\/04\/35845810_1.png\" alt=\"Cancel Order button\" width=\"1016\" height=\"733\" srcset=\"https:\/\/onpremise.inflowinventory.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2014\/04\/35845810_1.png 1016w, https:\/\/onpremise.inflowinventory.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2014\/04\/35845810_1-300x216.png 300w, https:\/\/onpremise.inflowinventory.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2014\/04\/35845810_1-768x554.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1016px) 100vw, 1016px\" \/><\/div><\/p>\n\n<p>If you need to re-open the order, it&#8217;s also the same button; an already cancelled order will have that button show as <em>Re-open Order<\/em> instead of <em>Cancel Order<\/em>. The order will now be available for editing and will be in the same status as before the cancellation. You can manually click <em>Unfulfill<\/em>\u00a0or <em>Unpay<\/em>\u00a0to reverse inventory movement\/payment without cancelling the order entirely.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote><p>Cancelled orders don&#8217;t show up in reports \/ order lists.
