So now that you’ve entered all your data into the system, \u00a0you probably want to see some reporting figures! Here are a few common scenarios to help you understand reports in inFlow On-Premise.<\/p>\n\n

End of day profit report<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is useful if you wanted to see your sales \/ profit totals for today. Typically this report also includes cost of goods sold.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Go to Main Menu > Reports > All Reports.<\/em><\/li>\n
  2. Click Sales Order Profit Report<\/em>.<\/li>\n
  3. Ensure that you have set the filters to show only orders that have the Payment Status,<\/em>\u00a0“Paid” and the date is\u00a0today’s date.<\/li>\n
  4. Click Generate Report.<\/em><\/li>\n
  5. Click Print,<\/em> or click\u00a0Save As<\/em> to export\u00a0the report to Excel \/ PDF.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    End of day cash report<\/strong><\/p>\n

    This one’s useful for retailers who need to check the cash float at the end of the day.<\/p>\n

    1. Go to Main Menu > Reports > All Reports.<\/em><\/li>\n
    2. Click\u00a0Customer Payment Details<\/em> report.<\/li>\n
    3. Ensure that you have set the filters to show only orders that have the Payment Date\u00a0<\/em>“Today” and\u00a0Payment Method\u00a0<\/em>“Cash”.<\/li>\n
    4. Click Generate Report<\/em>.<\/em><\/li>\n
    5. Click Print,<\/em> or click\u00a0Save As<\/em> to export\u00a0the report to Excel \/ PDF.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      Inventory summary report<\/strong><\/p>\n

      This includes information on the current stock, such as current quantity and total cost value of what you have in your warehouse.<\/p>\n

      1. Go to Main Menu > Reports > All Reports.<\/em><\/li>\n
      2. Choose the Inventory Summary Report<\/em>.<\/li>\n
      3. We suggest clicking the >>More<\/em>\u00a0link and choosing how you\u2019d like to sort your items.<\/li>\n
      4. Click Generate Report<\/em>.<\/em><\/li>\n
      5. Click Print,<\/em> or click\u00a0Save As<\/em> to export\u00a0the report to Excel \/ PDF.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

        Outstanding orders report<\/strong><\/p>\n

        This report gets you information on what orders need to be shipped out and their requested ship dates.<\/p>\n

        2. Choose the Sales Order Operational Report<\/em>.<\/li>\n
        3. Ensure that you\u2019ve filtered to show only orders that are in\u00a0Inventory Status<\/em> “Unfulfilled” and “Started”.<\/li>\n
