For complete details on the minimum specifications needed take a look below. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any of the following operating systems:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Windows Vista<strong>*<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP 1)**<\/li>\n<li>Windows 8<\/li>\n<li>Windows 8.1<\/li>\n<li>Windows 10<\/li>\n<li>Windows Server 2008 R2<\/li>\n<li>Windows Server 2012 R2<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p><strong>*IMPORTANT<\/strong>: inFlow will be ending support for Windows Vista as of inFlow v3.5.1.<\/p><p>**This operating system is no longer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-ca\/microsoft-365\/windows\/end-of-windows-7-support#:~:text=Support%20for%20Windows%207%20ended,more%20vulnerable%20to%20security%20risks.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">supported by Microsoft<\/a>, inFlow may not work as designed due to this change.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div>\n<p>Some other versions of Windows may also work but are not officially supported. For all the above, both x86 and x64 operating systems are supported.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>Hardware:<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>CPU &#8211; 1.8GHz or better<\/li>\n<li>At least 4 GB of RAM<\/li>\n<li>700 MB of disk space<\/li>\n<li>1024 x 768 screen resolution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>Please note for multi user mode we recommend minimum 12 GBs &#8211; 16 GBs of ram on the server computer.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>A few important notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/support.inflowinventory.com\/article\/98692417\/Does-inFlow-still-support-Windows-XP-\">inFlow support for Windows XP ended Dec 31, 2015<\/a><\/strong><br>(as Microsoft <a href=\"http:\/\/windows.microsoft.com\/en-ca\/windows\/end-support-help\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">has stopped supporting XP<\/a>).&nbsp;The last version of inFlow you can use with WIndows XP is inFlow v3.2.2.<\/li>\n<li><strong>inFlow support for Windows Server 2003 ended Dec 31, 2015<\/strong><br>(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-ca\/server-cloud\/products\/windows-server-2003\/\">as Microsoft has&nbsp;stopped supporting it<\/a>). The last version of inFlow you can use with WIndows Server 2003&nbsp;is inFlow v3.2.2.<\/li>\n<li>While we don&#8217;t officially support the <strong>Windows Server 2016 operating system<\/strong>, some inFlow customers are using it successfully with our software.<\/li>\n<li>Windows 10 is compatible with inFlow as of v3.3.1.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Additional&nbsp;requirements<\/h2>\n<p>inFlow also comes installed with the following components and requires these to run properly, so don&#8217;t uninstall them by accident!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/onpremise.inflowinventory.com\/support\/error-printingloading-documents-or-reports\/\">SAP Crystal Reports runtime engine for .NET Framework<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express and related components<\/li>\n<li><strong>or<\/strong> Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 Express and related components<\/li>\n<li><strong>or <\/strong>Microsoft SQL Server 2014 Express and related components<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/en-us\/download\/details.aspx?id=42642\">Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 or higher<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/aka.ms\/vs\/17\/release\/vc_redist.x64.exe\">Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable x64<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/aka.ms\/vs\/17\/release\/vc_redist.x86.exe\">Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable x86<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>Note: There are other SQL Server versions that are not currently supported and may or may not work with inFlow.
