Deleting your document<\/strong><\/h2>\n

On occasion it becomes necessary to remove custom documents you have already imported into inFlow On-Premise.<\/p>\n

To delete a custom document:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Go to Main Menu > Options > Print Settings<\/em>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click the Custom Docs<\/em> icon.<\/li>\n
  3. Select the document you want to delete.<\/li>\n
  4. Click the Delete<\/em> button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    Renaming your document<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    As with removing the document,\u00a0you may want to\u00a0rename your documents to make them easier to identify within the program.<\/p>\n

    To rename a custom document:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Go to Main Menu > Options > Print Settings<\/em>.<\/li>\n
    2. Click the Custom Docs<\/em> icon.<\/li>\n
    3. Select the document you want to rename.<\/li>\n
    4. Change the name in the Doc Name<\/em> field.<\/li>\n
    5. Click Save & Close.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Re-importing your document<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      inFlow allows you to quickly and easily re-import the document so you don\u2019t have to start from scratch if you need to make changes. In order to re-import a document, you must first make your changes to that document in Microsoft Word. Open the file in Microsoft Word, make the necessary changes, then re-save it.<\/p>\n

      To\u00a0re-import a custom document:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. Go to Main Menu > Options > Print Settings<\/em>.<\/li>\n
      2. Click the Custom Docs<\/em> icon.<\/li>\n
      3. Select the document you want to rename.<\/li>\n
      4. Click the Reimport Doc <\/em>button and locate the document on your computer.<\/li>\n
      5. Click Save & Close.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

        Exporting your document<\/strong><\/h2>\n

        inFlow allows you to quickly and easily grab a copy of a previously imported custom document for further editing.<\/p>\n

        To export a custom document:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        1. Go to Main Menu > Options > Print Settings<\/em>.<\/li>\n
        2. Click the Custom Docs<\/em> Icon.<\/li>\n
        3. Select the document you want to export.<\/li>\n
        4. Click the Export <\/em>button and choose where to save it.<\/li>\n
