The following describes our feature using the customer statements, but please note that the steps are the same for vendor statements. For the moment we will be using the <em>Customer<\/em> record as an example.<\/p>\n\n<p>From the <em>Customer<\/em> record, you can click on the <em>Payment History<\/em> tab to view:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>invoiced<\/strong> orders (uninvoiced orders will not show up unless they have been partially paid)<\/li>\n<li>payments<\/li>\n<li>refunds<\/li>\n<li>customer credits<\/li>\n<li>payment aging information (the total amount currently due, overdue by 1-30 days, overdue by 31-60 days, and overdue by 61+ days)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><div class=\"article-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-19231 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/onpremise.inflowinventory.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2014\/12\/60887060_1.png\" alt=\"Customer Statement\" width=\"960\" height=\"673\" srcset=\"https:\/\/onpremise.inflowinventory.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2014\/12\/60887060_1.png 960w, https:\/\/onpremise.inflowinventory.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2014\/12\/60887060_1-300x210.png 300w, https:\/\/onpremise.inflowinventory.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2014\/12\/60887060_1-768x538.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><\/div><\/p>\n\n<p>You can set the <em>Start Date<\/em> field at the top of the <em>Payment History<\/em> screen. Any entries prior to this date will not be shown; instead another entry showing <em>Balance Forward<\/em>\u00a0will show the amount due as of the start date. The start date can be set to any date, but we also have a setting named\u00a0<em>Since Last Statement,<\/em>\u00a0which will show the new entries since you last sent a statement to the customer. This date will automatically be updated each time you <em>Print<\/em>, <em>Save As<\/em>, or <em>Email<\/em>\u00a0a customer statement.<\/p>\n\n<p>It&#8217;s also possible to get the customer statement in a form ready to be sent to your customer by clicking the <em>Print<\/em> or <em>Email<\/em> buttons in the toolbar at the top.
