You can do this from <em>Main Menu &gt; Options &gt; Personal Settings &gt; Set email settings<\/em>. Clicking this will bring up a preview window where you can select which document to email.<\/p>\n<p>Clicking <em>Email<\/em> will bring up a <em>Compose Email<\/em> window, with the following fields:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>To<em>:<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0The email address of your intended recipient. You may add multiple emails here by separating them with a comma.<\/li>\n<li><strong>From:<\/strong>\u00a0The email address that the email will be sent from (configured previously).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cc:<\/strong>\u00a0Click this to add a field where you can add other email addresses that will also receive the email by carbon copy (Cc).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bcc: <\/strong>Click this to add a field where you can add other email addresses that will also receive the email by blind carbon copy (Bcc).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Subject:<\/strong>\u00a0The subject line of the email to be sent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Main text box:<\/strong>\u00a0The\u00a0body of the email to be sent.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Attachment:<\/strong> The document will automatically be attached in PDF format (custom documents will be attached in Microsoft Word .doc or .docx format).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Clicking the <em>Send<\/em>\u00a0button from the <em>Compose Email<\/em> window will send the email. If there is an error, an error dialog will be shown shortly afterwards. If you\u2019re having trouble getting emails to send, please take a look at our <a href=\"https:\/\/onpremise.inflowinventory.com\/support\/article\/60068344\/troubleshooting-errors-sending-emails-from-inflow\/\">troubleshooting guide<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The customer\u2019s email address (from the Customer details record) will be automatically filled out for <em>Customer Statements<\/em> and <em>Sales<\/em> documents, or a vendor\u2019s email address for <em>Vendor Statements<\/em> or <em>Purchase <\/em>documents. If you change the &#8220;To&#8221; address, a save icon will appear next to the &#8220;To&#8221; field, allowing you to save the email address back to the <em>Customer<\/em> or <em>Vendor<\/em> record.<\/p>\n<p>For other documents (associated with a <em>Work Order, Stock Transfer, Stock Adjustment, <\/em>or<em> Count Sheet<\/em>), clicking the save icon will remember this email address as the default recipient for the current inFlow user and that type of document.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Before you can send an email from inFlow On-Premise, you\u2019ll first need to configure your email settings.
