If you’d like to reset the stock levels of your items back to zero but don’t want to reset anything else in inFlow On-Premise, please follow the instructions below. There are two methods outlined depending on which version of inFlow you have.<\/p>\n

Check your version number\u00a0in Main Menu > Options > About inFlow. Then follow the steps below if you’re in v3.5.1 (or see section below that if you have an older version of inFlow).<\/p>\n

If you have inFlow v3.5.1 or above<\/h2>\n

Use the count sheet feature to quickly reset your levels.<\/p>\n

  1. Go to the Main Menu > Inventory > Count Sheet.<\/li>\n
  2. Click the “Add Items By…”<\/em> button at the bottom left of the screen and select Products.<\/em> Alternatively if you only want to reset stock levels for a certain location only, choose Location<\/em>.<\/li>\n
  3. In the Product Selection window, choose the products you want to reset and move them over to the Selected Products<\/em> table by clicking the “>” button. Clicking the “>>” button will move all products on the left.<\/li>\n
  4. Click Save<\/em> at the bottom,\u00a0then Start Counting<\/em>.<\/li>\n
  5. Click into the Counted Quantity<\/em> column, type in “0” and press Enter.<\/li>\n
  6. Now right-click on the cell containing the “0” and click “Fill Down”. This will fill the rest of the items down the table with “0”.<\/li>\n
  7. Click Save<\/em>, then Complete & Adjust<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    If you have an older version of inFlow<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    If your inFlow version is v3.4.1 or older, the above method will work for you only if you have the Premium edition.\u00a0<\/strong>If you have the\u00a0Regular or Free edition only,\u00a0here’s another method of resetting your stock counts.<\/p>\n

    1. Go to Main Menu > General > Export Data<\/em> > select data type Stock Levels<\/em>.<\/li>\n
    2. Click Export<\/em>. Do not open this file once you’ve exported!<\/li>\n
    3. Make a backup of your inFlow: Main Menu > General > Back Up Data.<\/em><\/li>\n
    4. Go to Main Menu > General > Import Data<\/em> and select the exported file.<\/li>\n
    5. Set the import to S<\/em>ubtract from existing inventory.<\/em><\/li>\n
    6. Click Import<\/em> and that’s it!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
