Go back to the <em>SALES<\/em> tab and you&#8217;ll see the option to <em>Refund<\/em>. If you don&#8217;t see this option, then it&#8217;s likely that your sales order has not been paid and so inFlow has just deducted it the amount from the balance your customer owes you. You won&#8217;t be able to issue credit for an unpaid sales order.<\/p>\n<p>Click the arrow button beside it and click <em>Issue Credit<\/em>\u00a0to store the amount in the Balance screen as credit for this specific customer.<\/p>\n\n<p>Later on when they purchase from you again, inFlow will detect that there&#8217;s credit in their account.
