Not a problem!<\/p>\n<p>inFlow automatically uses today&#8217;s date when you fulfill and pay an order. So before you begin: <a href=\"https:\/\/inflowinventory.com\/support\/article\/38282860\/how-do-i-create-and-complete-a-sales-order\">create and complete your sales order<\/a> \/ <a href=\"https:\/\/inflowinventory.com\/support\/article\/32383070\/how-do-i-create-and-complete-a-purchase-order\">create and complete your purchase order<\/a>. Then, you&#8217;ll need to change the following dates:<\/p>\n\n<h2>Order Date &amp; Invoiced Date<\/h2>\n<p>Both <em>Order Date<\/em> and <em>Invoiced Date<\/em> are located at the top right of your sales order\/purchase order.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that, without shipping turned on, inFlow&#8217;s order date and inventory movement date are the same, so you should set this date to when the items were deducted from your inventory.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>To set the order\/invoiced date: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>If it doesn&#8217;t already show the date you want to change, click on the arrow button beside <em>Order Date<\/em> or <em>Invoiced Date<\/em> and switch it to the one you want.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the date here or use the dropdown calendar to select a date.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p><div class=\"article-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-15671 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/onpremise.inflowinventory.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/09\/96400077_1.gif\" alt=\"Order Date \/ Invoiced Date\" width=\"1014\" height=\"731\" \/><\/div><\/p>\n\n<h2>Shipped Date<\/h2>\n<p>This only applies to sales orders if you have shipping turned on. This is the date the inventory was received into your stock.<\/p>\n\n<p><div class=\"article-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-15651 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/onpremise.inflowinventory.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/09\/96400077_3.png\" alt=\"Received Date\" width=\"1016\" height=\"734\" srcset=\"https:\/\/onpremise.inflowinventory.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/09\/96400077_3.png 1016w, https:\/\/onpremise.inflowinventory.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/09\/96400077_3-300x217.png 300w, https:\/\/onpremise.inflowinventory.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2015\/09\/96400077_3-768x555.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1016px) 100vw, 1016px\" \/><\/div><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>To set the received date:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on the <em>Receive<\/em>\u00a0tab on your purchase order.<\/li>\n<li>Set the <em>Receive Date<\/em> for each item.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Tip:<\/strong> If the receive date is the same for all the items, enter in the date on the first row, then right-click and select <em>Fill Down<\/em>\u00a0to fill the same date down the column.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n<h2>Date Paid<\/h2>\n<p>This applies both to purchase orders and sales orders.
