It can even let you know what you&#8217;ve taken off the shelf and what still needs to be picked. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Using the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fulfill<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tab (or the&nbsp;<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pick<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tab if you have shipping turned on) you can track your progress, improve your accuracy, and get those orders out!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are two main ways to track picking in inFlow:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scanning your products into the<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Fulfill<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (or <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pick)<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tab<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selecting your products manually in the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fulfill<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (or <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pick<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) tab<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While there are advantages to both, we recommend using a barcode scanner to improve accuracy.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scanning your products to pick them<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To pick your items using a scanner:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Go to your sales order via Main Menu &gt; Sales &gt; Sales Order List.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once open, click the <em>F<\/em><\/span><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ulfill<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (or <em>P<\/em><\/span><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ick<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) tab.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Place your cursor in the first <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Item<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cell and begin scanning.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Continue scanning until you have picked all the items you intend to.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you\u2019re all done click <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Save<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to update your order.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selecting your products manually or using the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Auto Fill<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> button<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selecting your items manually means you don\u2019t need to set up barcodes ahead of time but <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">does<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> present the risk of selecting the wrong items on your order if you\u2019re going too fast. The system has some built in notices to help you avoid mistakes but it\u2019s something to consider.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To pick your items manually:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Go to your sales order via Main Menu &gt; Sales &gt; Sales Order List.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once open, click the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fulfill<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (or <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pick<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) tab.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click into the first <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Item<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> cell and begin typing the item name\/code of your first item.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the item and enter the quantity you have picked.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Repeat steps 3-4 until you have selected all your items.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you\u2019re all done, click <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Save<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to update your order.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To pick your items using <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Auto Fill&nbsp;<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Go to your sales order via Main Menu &gt; Sales &gt; Sales Order List<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once open, click the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fulfill<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (or <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pick<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) tab<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Auto Fill <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">button to fill in all the items from the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Order<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fulfill<\/span><\/i> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(or Pick<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) tab<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you\u2019re all done click <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Save<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to update your order<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintaining an accurate pick<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">inFlow has some features that will help you ensure you\u2019re picking accurately.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you select items that <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">aren\u2019t <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">on your order tab (or you select too many), the program will flag them so you can see they should not have been picked.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"article-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-26766\" src=\"https:\/\/onpremise.inflowinventory.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2018\/10\/26764_1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1038\" height=\"756\" srcset=\"https:\/\/onpremise.inflowinventory.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2018\/10\/26764_1.png 1038w, https:\/\/onpremise.inflowinventory.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2018\/10\/26764_1-300x218.png 300w, https:\/\/onpremise.inflowinventory.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2018\/10\/26764_1-768x559.png 768w, https:\/\/onpremise.inflowinventory.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2018\/10\/26764_1-1024x746.png 1024w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1038px) 100vw, 1038px\" \/><\/div><\/p>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>inFlow On-Premise can help you track the progress of an order you&#8217;re filling!
