If you want to change your product pricing to fixed markup or fixed price for many products at the same time, <\/span>use a <\/span>Product Details import<\/span><\/a>. <\/span><\/p>\n

If you have more than one <\/span>pricing scheme<\/span><\/a>, you’ll need to repeat these steps for each scheme.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

  1. Make a backup of your database: <\/span>Main Menu <\/span><\/i>><\/span> General <\/span><\/i>><\/span> Backup Data.<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n
  2. If you have more than one pricing scheme, choose the pricing scheme you would like to update as the default pricing scheme in your settings:.<\/span>\n
      \n
    1. Go to the <\/span>Main Menu <\/span><\/i>><\/span> Options <\/span><\/i>><\/span> Settings <\/span><\/i>><\/span> Pricing and Costing <\/span><\/i>><\/span> Manage customer pricing schemes.<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n
    2. Select the star next to the pricing scheme you want to update.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Click <\/span>Save and Close<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    4. Export your Product Details for that pricing scheme.<\/span>\n

      1. Main Menu <\/span><\/i>><\/span> General <\/span><\/i>><\/span> Export Data <\/span><\/i>><\/span> select <\/span>Product Details<\/span><\/i> as the data type<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Click <\/span>Export<\/span><\/i>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      3. Open the resulting Product Details export file, and change the value in the “IsFixedMarkup” column to <\/span>\n
          \n
        • “TRUE” for all products you’d like to have a fixed markup. <\/span><\/li>\n
        • \u201cFALSE\u201d for all products you\u2019d like to have a fixed price.

        • Click <\/span>Save As<\/span><\/i> > select file type \u201cCSV \u2013 Comma Delimited\u201d at the bottom of the window.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Import your adjusted Product Details file into inFlow<\/span>\n

          1. Main Menu<\/span><\/i> > <\/span>General<\/span><\/i> > <\/span>Import Data<\/span><\/i> > select file type “Product Details”<\/span><\/li>\n
          2. Click <\/span>Next<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n
          3. On the following screen, make sure \u201cDefault Unit Price\u201d is mapped to the correct pricing scheme (the one you chose in step 2  above).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
