{"id":19782,"date":"2017-02-07T11:01:46","date_gmt":"2017-02-07T16:01:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.inflowinventory.com\/support\/?p=19782"},"modified":"2018-05-10T07:35:35","modified_gmt":"2018-05-10T11:35:35","slug":"apply-discount-orders","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/onpremise.inflowinventory.com\/support\/article\/19782\/apply-discount-orders\/","title":{"rendered":"How do I apply a discount to my orders in inFlow On-Premise?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>One-time discounts<\/h2>\n<p>If you\u2019re applying a one-time discount, you can add that directly to the <em>Sales Order<\/em> or <em>Purchase Order<\/em> screen.<\/p>\n<p>In the <em>Discount<\/em> column, enter a percentage or amount to subtract from an\u00a0individual line item. inFlow On-Premise will reflect the discount in the<em> Sub-Total<\/em> column.<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019d like to apply that discount to the entire order, right-click on the first discount you entered and choose <em>Fill Down<\/em>. This way, every time you create an order for that customer, inFlow will automatically apply the discount.<\/p>\n<p>The same is true if you have a vendor that provides you with a discount; you can add that to their vendor record.<\/p>\n<p>On the customer record, under <em>Purchasing Info<\/em> fill in their discount and save.
